Return & Exchange Policy
Size, Photo and Address Changes
If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us(email@example.com), we need to verify it is in production or not. Send us an email with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
1. Incorrect order was delivered
You are re-eligible ask to send your original order again or place the equivalent new order instead of incorrect within 5 working days of the delivery date. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org before to discuss all the details and desired option.
2. Order was damaged
You are eligible for 30% discount for your next order if the order arrives damaged. Please contact our support team at email@example.com and send us the photos of damaged tiles.
3. Partial refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the item, you can negotiate a discount for your next order with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Please note that while you may request a future discount, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the item for a full refund instead.

How to initiate a refund?
